carlos rosario is easy to find.From the Flamenco beach parking lot go over to the big gate and go through it. It is locked but the sign says walking trail to carlos rosario. We walked it in about 25 minutes. I wore Crocs, but friends had tevas and assorted other sandals. It is well worth the walk!!
