You can say I was local for many years, since 1984. But the truth is I'm not.
I used to have my own boat and sail to Culebra not less tham twice in a month.
I live in Miami now.
There are boat rentals, and water taxis too. They are not located in Flamenco, you rather find them in Dewy ( where the ferry dock is. )
It depends on what you want to do, and what experience you have handling a boat.
It seems the cost for water taxi has incrreased to noearly 50. dollars.
The boat rental is more expensive, I can say not less than 100.00 per day, do not know about the fuel.
