I can't imagine who at VP was rude to you, as the people who work there (that I know) answering phones and emails are two of the nicest young women around here, and Mike, who is ready to tell you everything in the world about Culebra whether you wanted to know or not, and far from rude. I figure something happened though or you would not have written that; I definitely will ask them what it possibly could have been. I think you'll be able to work everything out, as mentioned above.
Enjoy your time here - you can tell us all about Africa, where, if time runs slower than Culebra, we have a new role model!
