I'm sorry to hear you have had a difficult experience, but I am sure that Vacation Planners will resolve it. As Frank said they are honest. It may take time as they are very busy. This is island time too, remember! Also, when English isn't someone's first language, sometimes communication may come across as a little rude. Have you been to Culebra before? If not, I'm sure it will all make sense once you get there!
I have found that not letting some of the frustrations and slow responses get to me when planning our trips helps ease me into "Culebra mode" before our arrival. It will all work out, so try to take it all in stride.
