im sorry but, I disagree; I do not think they are honest, and they are rude. Shifty is the right word. I cannot get my money back from vacation planners. They NEVER confirmed my reservation, yet still took money off my credit card a week after I booked. So I went the safer route and booked through the official Hotel Kokomo website with online-booking.org. They are honest, and do not take advantage of first time travelers. I hope this helps a future traveler to not have to go through the same stuff I have, and lose their money.
