Keep trying! I know their phones were ringing off the hook last week when we were there! If you haven't already, check out their properties on www.allvacationreservations.com , enter Culebra, Puerto Rico and then click on the link to Vacation Planners Rental Properties. You can easily book any of their properties online and I know they usually respond to email within 1-2 days.
