My family and I were doing the same last year during Spring Break. We arrived 3 hours early and waited in the ticket line for 4 hours and then another 2 in the ferry line. (We missed getting tickets for the earlier boat.) It was long, hot and boring. This year we booked a flight. To us it was worth the 40-50 dollars not to spend 6-8 hours traveling, when we could be there in 20 minutes. See you there!
