To my knowledge you will have to plan an overnight say in Fajardo. Like Jose said, no transportation at night. I experienced El Yunque and the Bio-Bay last May '05. They were both so unforgettable! Hope you can somehow work the rain forest and bio-bay into a schedule for you and your family. Good luck!
