Water Taxi at night?

My family is planning a week in Culebra. We would like to take a day trip to see the rain forest and the Bio Bay near Fajardo. We would take the early ferry to Fajardo, rent a car and would like to return to Culebra after the Bio Bay which ends at about 8:30 PM.

Is it possible to get an airplane, water taxi, or charter back to Culebra at that time of night?
