One good sunset viewing area we found was the water tower. Go across the bridge, turn right, first left. There is a road on right, very steep. Park at bottom and walk from here or if you have four wheel drive you can drive to top. Views of town, Hondo bay, Vieques and sunsets. El Eden deli is at bottom with great meat, cheese, bread, pastry, wine etc. Enjoy!!!
