I would agree with Art, if you can spare the extra $26 per person it would be well worth it to fly instead. If you look in Older Threads I have posted the costs/approximate times for the 3 airlines that fly to Culebra based on my trip planning. Look for the Subject "San Juan Isla Grande/Culebra" started by Jen.
