That sounds WAY off. Using public transportation, it can be done for under $10.

"If you are short in budget, then you will have to carry, cook, and clean, and lost time for enjoyment. If you are limited that way better not come."

Sounds like you've spent enough time on Culebra to have really absorbed the friendliness, Mr. Guzman!
