We took the Culebra - San Juan ferry a few weeks back after my girlfriend had a tough time with the small plane on the way to Culebra (it was pretty windy for her first 'puddle jumper' flight so we'll hope its a little more calm this time around). While there weren't many people on the ferry with us, it was a pretty comfortable ride, even with the 6' - 8' seas most of the way back. It left Culebra promptly as per the schedule on this site.
