In case this is helpful to anyone, this is what I found based on my research for our trip.
This is for going to Culebra on Thursday, 3/2
Returning to San Juan on Saturday, 3/4
(IG = Isla Grande)
Air Flamenco -- $95 RT or $50 OW
IG --> Culebra 7:45am, 8:30am
Culebra --> IG 3:30pm, 5:15pm
Isla Nena -- $160 RT + $12 fuel fee p/p or $85 OW + fuel fee
SJU --> Culebra 2:00pm
Culebra --> SJU 1:00pm
* Isla Nena only flies to San Juan International now according to the agent. They don't have a ticket counter in Isla Grande anymore, they only fly charters from there.
Vieques Air -- $98 RT or $54OW
IG --> Culebra 8:30am, 4:45pm
Culebra --> IG 7:15am, 4:00pm
Again these are for my specific dates that I was inquiring about. But it should provide a rough idea of costs and possible flight times.
I'm finally done booking ours. I went w/ Vieques Air.
