When to go?

We're thinking of a trip some time around the end of February or maybe March. I honestly don't remember what time of year it was last time we came down, but it was pretty deserted (we like it like that). Since college is well into my past I have no idea when spring break is, but I assume there is a crowd then.
When would folks suggest we go? We'll probably stay about a week.
