I just got back from Culebra on January 22nd. If motion sickness is an issue for you, you should not take the ferry from Fajardo which is a two hour ride. I flew from Fajardo airport to Culebra for $50.00 roundtrip on Vieques Airlink (there are other airlines that fly to Culebra and are listed on this website). Total flight time from Fajardo to Culebra was 10 minutes. From Isla Grande airport, the cost is about$90-$100 per person with a total flight time of 25 minutes.
