Hey, at least I'm not so elusive anymore!

Back to Atlanta last night, and I had to re-train myself to drive aggressively during my commute this morning. At a 5-way stop, I got honked at as I patiently waited for bigger and/or faster cars to go. Ooops - sorry dude, I forgot I was not driving a Jerry's Jeep and that I was on a paved road with no potholes. Zoom zoom!

Our trip was especially awesome this time. Rather than diving every day we were there, we only dived 4-5 days. I fell and hurt my knee, and wasn't sure I would be able to kick into a current, so I canceled one day of diving, and just took it easy. The rest of the time we spent relaxing in las hamacas enjoying the awesome views. We also took our usual drives around the island, again just to enjoy the awesome views.

We only ate out twice - once at Juanita Bananas and tapas at Cafe Isola. It's amazing that the supplies on the island have come up to a standard where you can cook in almost every night and enjoy it. I remember a time when eating in meant rice and beans out of a box or tuna salad. LOL!

Lewis asked Fede at Cafe Isola if he could play guitar there on Friday night, and Fede happily obliged. I think the music was too loud for Fede himself, but others seemed to enjoy it. When they closed, we headed down to Heather's where he set up again, and played till his fingers hurt. He had bought a little travel amplifier that runs on AC/DC, and it was the perfect little box for him. People at Heather's were especially excited about his music, and he hopes to play again a couple of nights in March.

Doug - it was great to meetcha. Hope to see you again one day.

I expect to have pictures up on my website in the next week or so.

Happy Diving!
Debbie
