I think you may be referring to La Poncena Kiosko?? Isla Del Sol could be the grocery store? La Poncena is on the road past the airport on the way to Flamenco Beach. My husband and I had that exact same meal you mentioned. Red Snapper, Rice and Beans, and small Salad for the same price. DELICIOUS!!! Hopefully this is the restaurant you were talking about. I remember the man that ran La Poncenas' name was Simon.
