A few friends and I are planning a trip in April, so our trip to Fajardo would not correspond. However, we are wondering about some basic questions concerning that ride. Is Padin a good service to take - is it safe, how are the rates? We would appreciate any information about this.

Sorry this isn't related to Lostfishy's request, but I felt it would be appropriate posting here because it is about Padin.
