The emails I send you keep bouncing back - so I thought this would be the best way to get you the information I promised.
The Judges name is José Millán. His number is: 787-655-0620 ext. 2023 or
ext. 2020. His office hours are 8:30-5:00. He only performs weddings on
Saturdays and charges $350 if you get married between 1 and 4 pm and $600 if you want to get married in the evening because then he will have to spend
the night on the island (I guess there aren't any flights after 4). His
English isn't that good - but we wrote our own vows in English and he did
his best which wasn't bad. You will need to meet with him prior to the day
of the wedding to give him your paperwork and blood test results but his
office isn't far from the ferry terminal. If you need anymore information
