Culebra is a very small and peaceful Island and the people are very nice, courteous and we help a lot the tourist....Don't burn your self talking bad about Carlo's Jeep and the people of Culebra.
When you come to an Island "that is not your territory" in this case is Culebra Puerto Rico, You "The tourist" have to accomodate your self to our culture and rules, you liked it or not.... ( In this cases Carlo's Jeep have his rules and they are very professionals)......The Client always is "Right" but all the business have rules and have to be follow...I hope that next time you come to Our Island Culebra with another mind.
