I'm going to be in Culebra next week on my honeymoon and the weather channel is posting thunderstorms for every day I am in Culebra. Fine, you can't control the weather but is it like other places where it rains for fifteen minutes, stops, the sun comes out and then a couple of hours later it rains again...
Can't wait to be there...
