Looking for advise on camping at Playa Flamenco in August

Hi! We are planning to go camping with my girldfriend in August.

We've there on December and it was great, but I wonder if someone has been there on August.

I would like to know how was it in terms of weather (mostly concerning rains, e.g. if it rains every day or not so often), and abundance of mosquitos/sand flies in the camping area.
