Thanks for the info on Tina's. Apparently, this is a bit of a phenomenon on the island. Places open and close at-will. Barbara at Barbara Rosa's was the head chef at Bahia Marina for a number of years before starting her own place. It looks like she didn't have much in the way of startup costs since her dining area is out dors and she has no waiters to worry with. If she doesn't feel like cooking she just doesn't open. I wonder how many of these eateries just open and close from time to time. It sounds ie Tina's may be one of them. Thanks again for the info.
