Yes, you have to go to Fajardo and be there before 0730 to get the 0930 ferry. The line on Sundays is quite large and you may loose your trip.
Esle, go to the Fajardo airport and get a plane.

From San Juan, you may go to Ribbas Dominicci, and take a place there.
