When you leave Flamenco beach at the "airport" end there will be a dirt road. Take this road and climb up with your car (its doable) to the old military housing overlooking Flamenco Beach. Climb up on the roof and yell, "I am King of the World".....just dont let anyone see you. This view is AMAZING.

These directions are weak so ask around and people will show and describe the road in question.
