My first experience in Culebra was in 1996, when my wife and I spent 3 days on this lovely island. We went back in 1999 and are planing another trip in July of 2003 (we live in Arizona, so we like to come in the Summer:).
As a real estate developer in Arizona, I almost always side with other developers points of view. However, this is one case where I HOPE that this type of development will not come to Culebra. There are plenty of other islands around that have full service resorts. Let's keep Culebra what it is, a unique island experience!
Can't wait to see the island in 2003!
