If your goal is to have a secluded beach alone - I would try Rasaca....not sure about July but we were there in March over the busy week & Rasaca was EMPTY. Now it is a bit of a hike to get there & you will need a ride to get up to the point where you hike...well worth the trip though ! It is not a place where you want to swim though - very rough & I hear undertow so just be aware. Culebrita is a wonderful & amazing place - also have to go there if possible -- when you get to the pools, climb the ridge - it is an easy climb & the view from atop is just incredible -- Atlantic meets Caribbean -- what a SITE!!!!
