I went to Culebra for my honeymoon in August of 2004. I love Barbara Rosa's food. I ate chicken parmesan and my husband had spaghetti. Jim is an outstanding host. I ordered shark nuggets but they were out of it. When I go there this summer I will make sure I get them the second time around.
