San Juan to Culebra Ferry Athena?

Hi,

Does anyone have any information about the San Juan to Culebra Ferry Athena? I found a website http://islandhighspeedferry.com/puertorico_fastferry.pdf. Is this ferry currently operating? This seems like a great option for getting to Culebra. Does the ferry get full/overbooked? Can one make reservations? How early should I go to insure that I get on the ferry?
