If you want a house near the beach, that costs money, lots of money.
Do not tell me you want a beach house in Culebra for 120.00pn.
Go to Zoni, but better have enough money to pay, Else you have to settle for Tamarindo, or Culebra Beach.
Totally agree with Dough, however, I do not think Culebrenses want to allow the construction of beach houses.
