Semana Santa starts on the 24, and lasts up to Easter Sunday.
It is not a good idea to be there those dates, you will have a very hard time getting by with many people, and day to day groceries will become a luxury, incuding ice.
If you can avoid it, do so.
On the other hand if you like a lot of crazy people, very irresponsible, loud music, be there.
