Darcy, the week you want to know starts on the Thursday before good Friday.
If you like seeing crazy people, loud music, nobody caring for the right of others, then that is your week.
It is hard for me to say, because I'm puertorican, but many of the people going to Culebra, Vieques, and most hotels in the bigger island are just crazy.
After Easter Sunday, everything is cool again.
The partying takes place mostly in large public places, such as the campgrounds, and public beaches.
