Unless you are an experienced " KAYAKER " and an experienced adveturer, you may not take the chance.
However, if the sea is calmed, you can take the path to La Pela, which is still quite an adventure, rest there for a while, then take your kayak to the west part of Culebrita, which can easily be seen from La Pela.
The west side of the island is less visited by boaters, but you can get there.
Again to get to La Pela is an adventure itself.
Another option is Luis Pena. Have you checked that one ?
