From the airport to Flamenco is about 20 minutes WALK, in a scooter much less. There is of course, public transportation mostly any time of the day.
Whatever your requierements are, in this season, reservations are a must.
Talking of weeks in advance.
If you decide to fet the ferry, be there close to 0730, ot you may loose the 0900 ride.
About the boat... there may be more available this season, but... again, reservations is a must.
Check with Casa Ensenada, they have small boats for three to four people.
