Congratulations and I wish you good luck planning your wedding. I spent the recent New Year with friends who live on Culebra for the first time and it's a wonderful place. The resort mentioned above, Costa Bonita, might be a perfect fit to house your family with the children who are there to share the big day with you. I was fortunate enough to stay there during the Holidays and while it is practically brand new (I think we were the first guests in our room), by June '06 I'm certain it will be fully up and running - they will have a full water-sports facility including snorkeling/scuba, sailing, fishing, etc. The resort is right on the water with wonderful views of the bay and the food was excellent. They even have a space that is ideal for a small reception. Sounds to me like you and your fiance should take a little expeditionary trip to see what you like best, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Best of Luck...
