Erin- check out Villa Flamenco. they are condo-style apartments right on flamenco beach. there are two establishments on Flamenco beach, and these are a little more upscale than the other ones. Club Seabourne also looks really nice. There's a new resort too-- i cannot rememeber the name but the restaurant is Juanita Bananas. If you want something really casual, the Dinghy Dock is really lovely and is right on the water with good food. I'd say it could 75 or so.
