How do all those San Juan residents get to the ferry? Well in there own cars, at least that's my case...I'm from PR.

If you are willing to pay a $100 for a taxi from San Juan to Fajardo, how about taking a airplane from San Juan to Culebra for $120 round_trip. If you are more than 3 person...will be a better idea to take a taxi for about $65.00 and then take the ferry from Fajardo
