Hi Tim... I went to Culebra a couple of years ago and took one of the local airlines flights from San Juan to Culebra. It was about $100 round trip then and took about 30 minutes. I didn't get to see much of Culebra, though, because they were expecting a hurricane and the locals advised me to go back to the mainland. But I hear it's great... maybe someday I'll try again.
