Camping on Flamenco Beach via airBnB?

Possible in mid-March?
There used to be someone that would get you all set up (tent/cooler/chairs, etc.) before arrival through AirBnB but it looks like she's not doing that any more.
Anyone know of anyone else that provides that type of service?

Any other guidance?
