I have stayed here twice and will be back in April to stay again. It is close to town (within walking distance). They have a link on this site. You can catch the vans to Playa Flamenco and there is a jeep rental place right down the street for further exploring of beaches. They have a nice back deck area on the Ensenada Honda (bay). They let you use their kayake and you can paddle over to Dinghy Dock for happy hour.
Some people have mentioned that they are close to the road which they are but it never kept me awake as there are not traffic problems on the Island. Others have cautioned against swimming in the Bay which I didn't do because I went out to the Ocean for that.
Jackie and Butch are great hosts and there are lots of amenities that go along with the place. I think it is very reasonable in price as well.
