Cullen, go down main street towards the ferry dock past the post office. The building is on the right I believe past the church. The payment office is up 2 or three flights of steps that are on the front of the building. Go through the glass door and a lady sitting at a desk is who you need to pay. It's also the place where you pay for your vehicle registration renewal sticker called a marbetta. So you can ask where do I get my marbetta renewed. Make sure you get a receipt. They only take cash.
