No dates on these posts yet so I don't know if this is current.
We were at Soldado yesterday and the gates is still closed and locked. We just walked around (with a stroller). It's not a bad walk down. A police car came by just as we were walking in and he just waved. So, it's not closed but you can't drive down unless you can get a golf cart around the gate which we saw people do but doesn't look like a smart idea.
