Ferry to Culebra 11/21

I've read that I need to show up at Fajardo from anywhere to 4am to 8am in order to get tickets to go to Culebra. I'm planning a visit on Saturday 11/21/15. Can someone suggest what time i arrive at Fajardo in order to get a ticket? I assume November is a bit slower but then again my visit is on a Saturday.
