How best to prepare for a rainy week

We fly to PR tonight and will be on culebra Sunday.
The forecast as I see it calls for rain most days.
How do we prepare to still enjoy our time on the island and not just sit inside as it rains? We planned on excursions, kayak, snorkel, culebrita, etc.
Gonna bring rain coat, nice hat, maybe umbrella.

Any other advice?
