Kingpin,

Thank you very much. This was the guidance I was seeking. I knew the entrace to the harbor was a bit tricky; the first time I went to Culebrita with Jack, there was a sailboat on the reef, a disturbing sight.

I'm not sure I've met Pan. How does one get in touch with him? Also, do you know how often charts are revised? As you can tell, I'm a wannabe, not a true sailor.
