Well, through the kind efforts of a few great folks, we have learned that the facility has gone and rented out all the rooms during the time we were trying to book. Even though we had started trying to reserve a room a month ago, they all became booked. So we will have to look elsewhere.
I would delete this thread if i could. It is irrelevant now.
