To clarify a bit, my friend doesn't have much money and I am pretty sure he didn't have a full time job. I don't know the hospital system and how it works there (please pardon my ignorance), but I am pretty sure he didn't have insurance either. So, where would someone like that be taken for medical assistance?
Are your arrest records public and posted online as they would be in the states?
I know I am not painting a pretty picture of my friend but something has gone wrong otherwise my husband and I would have heard from him.
