On a related topic, I plan to lure my friends who are starting a charter business over in Tortola, over to Culebra next spring. Can anyone tell me the distance/time to make that passage? Also is there a good source of local knowledge regarding navigating the waters around Culebra and in Ensenada Honda? I'd hate to have them crack up their beautiful new boat! I'm guessing Jack and Pat might know...has anything been published to the internet?
