I looked up their flights online and they are now updated to/from Culebra into San Juan Int'l and sure enough here are the flights (M-F):
To Culebra: 11 am, 2 pm, 4:30 pm
From Culebra: 8 am, 12:30 pm, 3 pm
We are so psyched:)
